How to Earn & Spend Points
• Log into your account (register for an account if you are a new customer). Buy any in-line product to receive points towards the Loyalty Certificate. Most purchases = 1 point per dollar spent.
• After a period of 30 days from your purchase and you have 250 ($25) accumulated in your Loyalty Points Account, you will receive an automated email with a redemption code (in increments of 250 points) in the form of Stillwater Fly Shop loyalty reward certificates. Loyalty Rewards certificates are valid for 60 days after the email.
• After you have logged into your account and completed your shopping, simply go to your shopping cart (checkout) and under the Order Summary box, click on "Have a Gift or Loyalty Certificate" and enter your code there.

How many loyalty points do I have?
• Check your email and spam folder for our email containing the redemption code.
How do I use my loyalty points?
• Log into your account and when checking out (shopping cart) enter the redemption code where asked for Gift or Loyalty Certificate. Points that are 30 days old are removed from your account in increments of 250 and turned into gift codes.
When do my points expire?
• Points expire 61 days after the date of the email containing the redemption code.
What is my point balance?
• If points are available for use, see your email titled "Stillwater Fly Shop Gift Certificate Code."
Can I re-use my loyalty points?
• Points can be used one time until more are accumulated.
Examples of how our Loyalty Program works
For each dollar you spend, Stillwater gives you one point. For example: You purchase a new Sage rod for $750.00. For this purchase alone you would receive 750 points. Points for any product, if available, will be displayed under the add to cart button on each product page. If you have 750 points at the time of redemption, you will get a loyalty reward certificate for $75. If you have 499 points, you will get a loyalty reward certificate for $25, and have a balance of 249 points. Signing up for a Stillwater Fly Shop customer account automatically enrolls you in the Stillwater Loyalty Program, but you must sign into your account prior to each transaction to obtain points. Guest accounts do not earn loyalty points. Please remember that if you use multiple accounts, your loyalty points maybe split among them. If at all possible only have one account with us.
Points are not given for purchases of Sale Items [including gift certificates on promo sales], Trade-Up or Demo Gear, or payments made with Stillwater Gift Certificates or discount codes and do not apply to purchases made on Ebay or Amazon. Points cannot be transferred to another customer.
