Return Policy
Put simply....We want you to be 100% satisfied!!! At Central Oregon Stillwater Outfitters, you the customer are our top priority. If your not happy, we're not happy.

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, package and return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, credit or merchandise exchange. All we ask is you include a copy of the receipt, packaging slip or invoice with the returned item as well as brief note explaining the reason for the return and whether its a refund or exchange. Please include your name, phone number, shipping address and email as well in the note. It is that simple and easy.

ROD & REEL RETURNS
It happens. You order a rod. It arrives. Your excited. You go out on the lawn to cast it... but it's not exactly what you wanted. No problem. As long as the rod has only been cast on the lawn, your welcome to ship the rod back to us and we will find you the right stick. We are not able to accept returned rods that have dirty corks or been fished. We carry the same policy for a reel.

WADERS & BOOTS
When your waders or boots arrive, try them on inside. Make sure they fit and are comfortable before wearing them outside. If for any reason the fit is not right, ship them back to us and we will find you the right size fit. We are unable to accept returned waders or boots that have been worn outside or used.
