Stillwater Fly Shop is completely committed to shipping your order extremely fast. In fact, we will ship your order the same day when we receive it before 3pm Pacific time. We understand your excited to receive your item and we want it to arrive at your doorstep as fast as you do.
Domestic Shipping:
All orders in the United States receive free shipping.
SALE or DISCONTINUED items are NOT eligible for Free shipping and ship with a flat $9.95 fee in the USA.
NO SALES TAX: In Oregon, we have no sales tax. Your item will never be assessed any sales tax no matter where in the US you are purchasing.
Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the area, size of the item and cost.
Delivery time for UPS Ground takes 2-6 working days while US Postal Service takes 3-8 working days.
OVERNIGHT shipping is an option as well. You will be charged the additional shipping charges minus the standard shipping costs. Please contact us if you would like this option.

Orders will be shipped via USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail at OUR discretion depending upon the weight of the package being shipped unless paid for by the customer.
Orders under $395 have 3 different USPS shipping options: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.
USPS First Class is the most affordable way to ship. This method usually takes 15-20 business days to reach its destination. This method does NOT include the real time tracking feature with your tracking number. A package will not be considered lost until 30 business days have passed.
USPS Priority Mail is the most popular method of shipping for clients that require a real time tracking number. The minimum cost of this method is $27. We highly suggest this shipping method to those customers that want to receive their package in 6-12 business days and also require a real time tracking number with their package.
USPS Express Mail is the fastest shipping method available to our International clients. Packages will arrive in 3-4 business days. Many times this shipping method is only slightly more expensive than Priority Mail. This method also includes real time tracking.
Tracking Information: Once a package leaves the United States, the postal service of its destination becomes responsible to update real time tracking information, which in some cases can mean real time tracking will update slower. However, in almost all cases, the package is still en route to its destination.
OVERWEIGHT ITEM EXCEPTION: Over sized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. Please check with us for shipping costs before ordering.
