The Sweet Fish Pack keeps gear organized on the flight to wherever you’re going, and on the river, flats or trail once you get there. The large storage capacity comfortably hauls everything from rain gear and lunch to fly boxes and extra reels. Tough, highly water-resistant 840-denier coated ballistics nylon with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish stands up to the elements and to years of hard use. Between the two main compartments and the interior hook-and-loop-closure accessories pockets, you can pack four fly boxes, a hydration bladder, two reels, tippet spools and everything else you might need on the water. There’s also a top drop-in mesh-lined security pocket, an internal 100% waterproof phone/camera pocket, an easy-access tricot-lined glasses pocket and a drop-down molded work surface. Twin external water bottle pockets with security keepers balance the load, while the stretch-woven covered-foam back and padded shoulder straps keep you comfortable on long hikes in. Our Minimalist Mesh Vest (sold separately) clips right onto the Sweet Fish Pack’s front straps, making a quick conversion from carry-on to high-capacity technical fishing vest.
