The Lamson Cobalt fly rod is a high-performance rod designed for saltwater fishing. Built on a fast-action blank, it's engineered to cast at extreme distances and cut through the wind. The rod's powerful butt section allows for quick line pickups and recasts, while the tip and mid-section have enough flex for you to feel the rod load during a cast.

The Cobalt is an evolution of Lamson's popular SS-Salt blanks, featuring upgraded hardware and a proprietary Lockdown reel seat for enhanced saltwater performance. It is available in a full range of sizes to suit various fishing applications.
