The Orvis PRO Hybrid Wading Boots are an enhanced version of the popular PRO platform, distinguished by an exclusive collaboration with Michelin® to create a hybrid rubber and felt sole. This innovative outsole features Michelin Hybrid Outdoor Extreme rubber on the exterior for superior wet traction and durability when walking out of the water, while the interior is fitted with grippy felt, ideal for navigating slick rocks, which can also accommodate optional custom studs for extreme traction. The boots are built for durability and quick drying, utilizing a Clarino® microfiber upper and an industry-first seamless, cast PU construction that eliminates high-wear seams. Comfort and sustainability are integrated via a high-cushion Bloom® Rise algae-based foam midsole, which helps clean 30 gallons of water per pair. Additional features include a higher cut for ankle support, scratch rubber reinforcement on the toe and heel, and a large heel pull-tab for easy on-and-off.
