As an integrated part of the Orvis Ultralight Wading System the Ultralight Wading Boot offers exceptional performance and durability without the bulk and weight of a conventional boot. Significantly reduces the energy expended in walking and wading and is a prime selling feature of these boots and the overall system
Features & Benefits:
- Upper is made of quick-drying Clarino® microfiber which provides a better strength to weight ratio than traditional leather with lightweight mini ripstop mesh inserts for added durability without the weight
- Abrasion resistant rubber spray adds an additional layer of protection and durability in high wear zones without increasing weight
- Tightly woven laces offer better abrasion resistance and reduces broken laces
- Custom Vibram® EVA midsole for all day comfort over rugged terrain
- Dual durometer Vibram® outsole featuring proprietary Orvis lug pattern gives solid traction for hiking and wading. Will accept metal studs in strategic locations for added traction if needed
