When purchasing the boots I paid the extra shipping cost to have them arrive earlier. I ordered the boots online through the website which stated they had the boots in stock. I received an email stating that they did not have the boots in stock and would need to order them through the manufacturer. If I had know this I would not have ordered the boots and not pay the extra shipping costs. All in all I had to wait an extra few days to receive the boots even though I paid for them to arrive early for my fishing trip the next week. If I had known this earlier I would not have ordered the boots due to the shipping delay. The boots are fantastic but the service was terrible!
